Another annoyance with hovering on Firefox - hovering over the image itself doesn't seem to work, you have to hover over the text near it.

Another annoyance with hovering on Firefox - hovering over the image itself doesn't seem to work, you have to hover over the text near it.
How is that a FF issue and not a dev issue for placing the hover on the correct element?
I'm not saying it's a FF issue, I'm saying the issue is present on FF and I haven't tested it in other browsers.
Not a dev issue, a dev feature for accessibility
